A workshop, “Preserving the Harvest,” will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 10 at the Kansas State Olathe Campus, 22201 W. College Blvd., Olathe, Kan.
The workshop on food preservation will cover pressure canning, water bath canning, dehydration and freezing the food harvest.
The cost of the workshop is $20. The workshop is limited to 20 participants, and is sponsored by K-State Research and Extension, Wyandotte County.
