A general election that will choose a new Unified Government mayor and other local elected officials is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 2.
Unified Government, Board of Public Utilities, school board, Kansas City Kansas Community College, Bonner Springs and Edwardsville contests are on the ballot.
