A rollover accident was reported at 1:15 p.m. Jan. 27 on the ramp from I-70 to I-435 northbound in Kansas City, Kan.
A 2005 Chevrolet driven by a 63-year-old Kansas City, Kan., resident was westbound when it struck a 2000 Ford truck driven by a 45-year-old Kansas City, Kan., resident, according to a report from a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper.
The truck went off the roadway and rolled, the report stated. The driver of the truck was not injured, according to the trooper's report. The truck was able to drive away after the accident, the report stated.
The driver of the Chevrolet was injured and taken to a hospital, the report added.
