According to a news release from the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department, the KCK police assisted the Missouri officers at about 6 p.m.
They were chasing a robbery suspect who exited off I-70 to 78th Street, went to 78th and State, and then went eastbound through Kansas City, Kan.
The suspect's vehicle came to a rest at 51st and Georgia Avenue, after hitting a utility pole, according to the news release.
Details of the pursuit are being reviewed per standard department procedures, according to the Kansas City, Kan., police statement.
