An injury was reported in an accident that happened at 5:45 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, on I-70 near the K-7 exit.
When a 2003 four-door Ford stopped for traffic on westbound I-70, a 2004 Chevrolet four-door rear-ended it and pushed it forward into another vehicle, according to the Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper's accident report.
A 2010 Toyoto four-door then rear-ended the Chevrolet, the report stated.
The driver of the Chevrolet, a 23-year-old Minneola, Kan., woman, was injured and taken to a hospital, the report stated.
The driver of the Ford, a 24-year-old Lees Summit, Mo., man, was not injured.
The driver of the Toyota, a 23-year-old Lenexa, Kan., man, was not injured.
