An indictment has been issued in a bank robbery case at Community America Credit Union, Kansas City, Kan., according to the U.S. attorney's office.
John Noon, 65, is charged with one count of armed bank robbery. The indictment alleges that on May 4, 2013, he robbed the Community America Credit Union at 10824 Parallel Parkway in Kansas City Kan.
If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 25 years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000. The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department and the FBI investigated. Assistant U.S. Attorney Scott Rask is prosecuting.
