The Kansas City, Kan., Area Chamber of Commerce plans a mayoral candidate forum from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, at the Kansas City, Kan., Public Schools Central Office, first floor auditorium, 2010 N. 59th St.
Only candidates for mayor will appear.
The forum is open to the public.
Another candidate forum is planned before the general election. It will be from 6 to 9 p.m. March 20 and 21 at Kansas City Kansas Community College Performing Arts Center, 7200 State Ave.
On March 20, the forum will include candidates for Unified Government Commission, 1st District; UG Commission, 5th District; UG Commissioner at large, 2nd District; UG Commission, 7th District; UG Commission, 8th District; Mayor-CEO of Kansas City, Kan.;
On March 21: BPU, 2nd District; BPU, at-large 2nd District; Kansas City, Kan., Public Schools Board of Education; and Kansas City Kansas Community College Board of Trustees.
This forum also is open to the public.
