Rodney Houston
A man who led police on a chase west on I-70 and then east through the streets of Kansas City, Kan., on Wednesday was charged Thursday with one count of eluding a police officer in connection with a police pursuit.
The charge is a felony, according to the Wyandotte County district attorney's office.
Rodney L. Houston, 32, of Kansas City, Kan., was charged in the case. The pursuit began in Kansas City, Mo., and continued across the state line in Kansas City, Kan., coming to an end when the vehicle being chased crashed in the 5100 block of Georgia Avenue.
Houston is in the Wyandotte County Jail. Bond was set at $100,000.
