The 33rd annual Central Avenue Parade is scheduled Saturday, Sept. 11. 
   The parade will have a patriot theme and those attending are asked to wear red, white and blue.
   Sponsored by the Central Area Betterment Association, the parade starts at 11 a.m. at 19th and Park Drive and ends at 6th and Central. 
   The parade is free and open to the public. 
   Summerfest will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Bethany Park at 11th and Central, presented by Wyandotte Countians Against Crime. Sieta Leguas will perform.
