Services for Zachary Franklin, 25, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at Maywood Community Church, 11201 Parallel Parkway.
   Franklin died Sept. 6, 2010, from injuries in a car accident.
   Franklin worked for the Midwest Glass and Glaze Co., and his dream was to be a comedian. He loved to golf, fish, target shoot and play tennis. He also was very artistic. He was a 2003 graduate of Piper High School. 
   He leaves his mother, Connie Brown; stepfather, Mike Brown; father, Chris Franklin (Lori), Kansas City, Mo.; sister, Ashley Brown; brothers, Danny Brown, Sam Lammers, Alex Franklin and Matt Franklin; maternal grandparents, Doug and Geneva Chase; paternal grandparents, Larry and Barbara Franklin; grandparents, Jack and Pat Brown, Norma and Jack Bowen; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
