Top guns preparing for tournaments again Aislin Reynolds is one of several top guns on the Wyandotte County 4-H Shooting Sports team. She was recognized at the Jan. 19 Unified Government meeting for taking the individual first-place medal at the 4-H Nationals in small-bore rifle last June in San Antonio, Texas. Fire causes $50,000 damage to single-family home at 41st and Georgia

   A fire at 10:52 a.m. Sept 8 caused about $50,000 damage to a single-family home at 4119 Georgia, according to a Fire Department spokesman.
  The residents of the home were not there at the time of the fire.
   Fire crews extinguished the fire within 20 minutes, and no injuries were reported.
   The fire is under investigation, according to the spokesman.
