Stephene Moore, Democratic candidate for U.S. Representative, 3rd District, has agreed to debate Kevin Yoder, the Republican candidate.
   According to a news release from the Moore campaign, these dates are on the schedule:
   Sept. 17, Congressional Forum ; Sept. 22, Johnson County Public Policy Council; Oct. 6, Johnson County Bar Association and Johnson County Sun-Time Warner Cable debates; and Oct. 14, KKFI Radio forum.
   More details on the debates will be announced later.
