On Wednesday, Sept. 8, the Kansas City, Kansas, Toastmasters will hold an open house and free impromptu speaking workshop.
   The workshop is open to interested parties and will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Eisenhower Community Center, 2901 N. 72nd, Kansas City, Kansas.
