The Fairfax Industrial Association will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, at Neff Packaging, 555 Sunshine Road, Kansas City, Kansas.
   The speaker will be Tom Hoenig, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
   The cost of the luncheon is $15. Reservations are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7.
