The Board of Public Utilities will meet Sept. 8 for a regular session and a work session.
   The work session will begin at 4:30 p.m. On the agenda is a recap of national conferences, and a discussion of organizational goals.
   For the regular session, at 6 p.m., a financial report for July is on the agenda.
   The meetings will be held at the BPU offices at 5th and Minnesota. They are open to the public.
